I teach many different techniques
that originates from cultures all over the world.
It is a variety of methods that embraces a range from
very gentle approaches useful in many everyday life situations,
to more focused techniques dedicated to effective stress-management
and finally there are higher end techniques and methods designed to
create extreme focus and peak-performance capacity.
I offer skills based on more than
30 years of personal and
professional experience in the field of Mental Training and Meditation
